Graham Potter's side have won just two of their last 13 Premier League games so he's hoping postponing the competition will bring a change of form as they look for a much-needed boost. The Blues lifted the trophy in 2021 and will need to do so again in June if they are to lift the trophy this season.
Dortmund drew Manchester City at home in the group stage and were narrowly beaten at the Etihad. So you can imagine that they will cause a lot of trouble for the struggling Chelsea.
